Giovanni Ingignoli
Giovanni Ingignoli, based in Novara, Italy, graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan, specializing in Industrial Design. He started his career at Roberto Angelini's studio in Novara and later worked on the Autogrill renovation at Studio Roccio in Milan. In 2000, he joined Atelier Bellini, collaborating with major global companies. He became Design Director at Claudio Bellini design + design in 2005 and a partner in 2014. The studio is renowned in Europe for product design, winning awards like Red Dot and Good Design. Ingignoli also taught at the University of Genoa for three years before collaborating with ACME University in Novara. In 2018, he launched his own freelance practice, focusing on design and product prototyping.

Recline and Lock Lia 2703 and 2704 Models
Step 1:
Slide the handle on left to the outside of chair and recline
Step 2:
To lock recline in place, slide the handle on the left towards outside of chair, recline to desired position, and lock into place by sliding towards the center of chair
Step 3:
To release recline, slide handle towards outside of the chair
Instructions for use: All anti-shock mechanisms have a safety system which, once unlocked, is activated with a slight backward movement of the backrest, to prevent it from returning abruptly and accidentally forward.
Warnings: All mechanism adjustments (height, side shift, seat and backrest adjustment, swivel) must be operated while seated to avoid improperly straining the mechanism. When adjusting, be careful to avoid any risk of entrapment or crushing of the fingers.
